Editing Moving Text Objects

In YWOT, it is possible to create the illusion of movement by pasting and deleting text in quick succession.

The resulting motion tends to be rather janky as a result of the site's rate limits. Scripts that create moving text objects are also known to suffer from lag, causing them to leave trails of afterimages in their wakes.

So far, all known instances of moving text objects have been found at [[Spam central|Spawn.]]

These included:

#ASCII Pac-Mans that ate everything in their paths, opening and closing their mouths as they moved.
