James Army

The James Army was created by James in order to combat the First Void Incursion.

Zet City Incident

Outbreak

The void escapes containment in a void labs facility.

Zet City is a large city at X:-800 Y:0 which contains a Void Labs facility. A Void specimen breached containment during April of 2023, causing a massive Void Face to appear above the city. Faces also materialized at distant locations such as Spawn, Sky City, Deep City, Omega City.

Blockade of Zet City

In order to combat the outbreak, a blockade was set up around Zet City.

Tensions boiled within the quarantined city as the Void specimen continued to expand, with Zet City residents living in constant fear of the all-consuming mass.

Meanwhile Void faces continue to appear all throughout the mainpage, seemingly marking the beginning of a Third Void Incursion.

Void Crystal Extraction

Void Labs(West City) receives intelligence from Zet City

News from Zet City was received by Void Labs facilities in West City, where a plan was devised to prevent the impending incursion.

It is believed that the Void Incursions are caused by powerful artifacts known as Void Crystals. Void Labs research shows that when enough Void matter builds up, a Void Crystal is created. The Void then drains energy from the crystal in order speed up its growth and trigger an incursion. As such, Void Labs sought to extract the Void Crystal, which lay at the center of the Zet City specimen. Three brave men were then sent to Zet City, where they entered the Void specimen in search of the crystal. Though successful, the mission proved to be exceedingly hazardous and only one came out alive.

In spite of heavy losses the Void Crystal was secured and transferred to West City.

Zet City Void Escapes

In removing the Void Crystal, Void Labs was successful in preventing a Third Incursion. The Void was still active however and escaped Zet City in August of 2023. The specimen fled to X:-58 Y:500, where it inflicted great casualties before fleeing once again.

Void City

"We are working to contain the situation, once fully contained we will begin our shrinking process to slowly kill off the void" - Void Labs

Void City

On August 8, 2023 Void Labs discovered the escaped Void specimen. Having grown too large for a quick extermination, the specimen was contained within a layer of Void-proof walls. It was then pacified by mysterious means, made inert in some bizarre miracle.

A city, named Void City, was able to be constructed on top of the specimen, allowing for closer observation of the Void.

Residents

Multiple residents have moved into Void City. Inhabitants of the city include the mysterious Candle Cult, as well as a colony of stick figures which have been driven mad by exposure to Wack Juice.

Void Juice

The key to pacifying the Void is a novel substance named Void Juice.

Void Juice was successful due to the inclusion of Wack Particles. Wack is a primordial force which emerged alongside Void, one which alters and distorts that which it touches. Where Wack flows chaos emerges along with new life, whereas Void only consumes and assimilates everything into a uniform mass.

By combining Void samples with Wack Juice(liquid form of Wack), Void Labs was able to instill a certain consciousness into the Void specimen. The new, intelligent Void could then be reasoned with. For blessed with Wack's gift of thought, the Void was able to see the world in its entirety and choose to preserve it rather than consume as its nature demands.

Previous instances of peaceful Voids were also believed to be the result of Wack. At spawn, Void specimens tend to consume large amounts of bunnies, which are known to be hosts of the Wack.

Void Snakes

Void Snakes

The ultimate byproducts of Void Juice were Void Snakes, sentient creatures which emerged from the Void specimen. Void Snakes spawned from a singular point within the specimen, radiating outwards like roots and dividing as a form of reproduction. And unlike previous Void entities, which have been largely mindless, these snake-like entities have proven to be capable of speech and empathy.(*It is important to note that Void Snakes are not entirely benevolent, they demand a constant stream of child sacrifices and require a fanatical level of devotion from Void City residents.)

It is through a pact with the Void Snakes that Void City was allowed to exist, but unbeknownst to Void Labs, this was a fragile foundation for the new settlement.

Created by Void Juice, the combination of Void and Wack, the existence of Void Snakes depended on a delicate equilibrium between the two forces. If the Void is sufficiently disturbed then it can overcome the Wack, causing the Void City specimen to once again become volatile.

All it takes to awaken the Void is one external variable, or perhaps the interference of a hostile faction.

On August 9th, 2023, the Combined Military Brigade caught wind of Void City's existence and arrived to investigate.

They began by replacing Void City's Void-proof walls with CMB bricks, not knowing what they may unleash in doing so.

The Void Awakens

The Void becomes volatile in response to CMB activities

n breaching Void City's walls, the CMB inadvertently awakened the Void lying within. And fittingly they were the first to be consumed when volatile Void tendrils burst out with renewed vigor.

However they were not the only victims. With the equilibrium between Wack and Void broken, the Void specimen once again became hostile. Immediately all residents of Void City were devoured. The Void Snakes, made of Void as they were, also fell prey to the Void's regained malice.

But before their assimilation back into the Void, the Void Snakes were able to preserve the longevity of their race. These were beings of unimaginable wisdom, and by unknown methods they were able to transfer an egg to a distant location. In time the egg will hatch, giving birth to a new generation of Void Snakes. Perhaps these offsprings will be able to create a new city.

No Man is believed to be the most dastardly ywor user of all time

NO MAN DID IT!!!

Upon further observation it can be gleaned that the one behind Void City's destruction was none other than NO MAN

himself!!!

NO MAN, master of the No Tower, was believed to have ordered the CMB attack of Void City!!!

When the Void Specimen escaped from Zet City it fled to none other than No Man's NO TOWER!!!

There it was believed to have destroyed the Tower's SECOND SOURCE!!! Which No Man lovingly created!!!

So No Man, blaming VOID LABS for the second source's destruction, vowed to take REVENGE!!!!!

Masquerading as the CMB Overseer he ordered to CMB to breach Void City's walls, thus causing its destruction!!!!

After the destruction of Void City, No Man used his NO POWERS to SUBJUGATE the Void Specimen, turning it into a VOID LILY!!!!!

Void Lore

Types of Void(Chenn)

There are two types of void, white and black void.

• The black void is a substance, found in many landmarks and is particularly known for causing instability or trouble in most civilized parts. Including, the Void Rabbits. However, whilst the black void IS a substance, it is always devoid of light.
• The white void is composed of pure light, it is the background and landscape of YWOT. It is light given off from the Nirvana Diamond, and it shines through the entirety of YWOT. However, whilst it is all light, it is always devoid of substance.

For the rest of the page, BV will stand for Black Void, and WV will stand for white void.

The Nirvana Diamond is a Void Crystal(Chenn)

The Diamond of Nirvana is known as the greatest landmark in YWOT, it is a staple location for explorers, appearing at 0x, 10,000y. The Diamond is known as a sun to some, appearing as a eclipse.
